The Multicultural Staff, Faculty, & Researchers Association (MSFRA) provides a platform for multicultural members of the Harvard community to create sustainable professional networks and to foster career development, by enhancing cross-cultural communication, international awareness, cooperation, and cultural diversity. Multicultural staff, faculty, & researchers are identified as Harvard full-time or part-time employees, including postdocs, who were born outside of the US and/ or raised in a multilingual household.
